A: Stunner Types and their definitions:
Male = Sunglasses geared towards the male persuasion with mostly neutral colors and masculine frames.
Female = More feminine frame shapes in a variety of colors and patterns, occasionally involving some bling.
Unisex = Sunglasses that are appropriate for both men and women with a more diverse color palette than the male, but none of the floral patterns of the female line.

A: You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees. If you think you may want to sign up again in the future we encourage you to suspend you account rather than cancel it so that we don’t send you the same stunners in the future.
A: Yes. To pause your account and avoid being charged further, sign into your account, click on the link “Suspend”. You can do this anytime, online 24 hours a day. When your account is on hold, you will always have access to your account by signing in. When you are ready to recommence your StunMo, sign into your account, click on the link “Activate”. Your account will post your next shipping/billing date.
A: Yes. Sign into your account. Click on the link “edit name and shipping address”. Enter the most current address where you want your Stunners to be sent. Have your Stunners sent wherever you go!
A: Our trystunner promo code now gives you $2 off of your first month of stunners and if you don’t like what you get you can cancel your account at no additional charge. Your first month is no longer completely free, that promotion has expired and we apologize for any confusion this has caused. Please send us a message through the contact us form if you would like to cancel your account before your first pair of Stunners is shipped. Look out for business cards in your upcoming shipments with new promo codes to share with your friends.
A: We are very sorry your Stunners broke. If your stunners arrived broken or damaged we would be happy to ship you another pair free of charge. All we need is a picture as proof that they are broken or damaged.
If it has been more than a week since you received that pair of Stunners but they were your very favorite pair, you can contact us at email@example.com to purchase a replacement pair.
A: We ship stunners on the 1st and 15th of every month so you should receive your pair within 10 DAYS of your assigned shipping date, depending on when you sign up. You will NOT receive your stunners on both dates.
– Sign up between the 10th-25th –> Receive your Stunners around the 1st of every month
– Sign up between the 26th-9th –> Receive your Stunners around the 15th of every month
A: We apologize in the case this occurs. It is left out of our hands after we ship them, accidents do occur. In the case this happens to you, please click on the “contact us” link and fill out a message. When we receive your inquiry, we will ship you a replacement pair of Stunners at no additional charge. Please give it at least TEN DAYS from the 1st and 15th of every month to contact us about your Stunners going MIA.
A: We now ship Stunners internationally. We will an add a surcharge depending where you want them sent:
– $7.59 = Europe, Asia , Australia
– $7.29 = South America, Middle East, Africa
– $6.99 = Mexico
– $5.49 = Canada
– If your Stunners are shipped around the 1st -> charged once on the 23rd of every month.
– If your Stunners are shipped around the 15th -> charged once on the 7th of every month.
A: We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
A: If you are a resident of California, you will incur an additional tax charge. Currently, the sales tax in California is 8.25%. Residents of San Francisco, CA will be charged 9.5% sales tax.
A: If you’re not happy with an item you receive for any reason, you may click on the “contact us” link and leave us a message. When we receive your inquiry, our policy is to have you return your unwanted Stunners and send you a new pair at no additional charge. If you receive a broken or damaged pair of sunglasses we ask that you send us a picture of the broken stunners to confirm and we will send you a replacement pair.
